Legible to your customers
GTM Clarity. Know what to say.
Get clear on what to say, to whom, and how to reach them, then build the go-to-market system that does it. GTM Clarity spans the whole arc: from deciding your one sentence and your wedge, to a formalized outreach system, to a running go-to-market your team owns by the end.
The problem
It isn't a marketing problem. It's a clarity problem.
You can explain it five ways, and none of them stick.
Prospects nod, then don't buy. You keep rewriting the headline when the real gap is the position underneath it.
You sound like everyone else in your category.
Your pitch could sit on three competitors' sites, so buyers default to price or to no decision at all.
You're running every tactic, but none of them convert.
Posting, emailing, campaigns, all going at once. Without a sharp position and one wedge, each tactic works harder for less.
Nod at one of these? That's the deal you're leaving on the table.
How it works
From blur to a running system, in three moves
Clarity is a decision, not copy. We decide it, document it, then run it with you until your team owns it. Each move is a complete step you can stop at.
Decide
Separate product from channel from model, choose your one wedge, and land the one sentence. Positioning before tactics, every time. (This is the Jam.)
Productize
Turn the decision into a running outreach system: messaging set, formalized ICP, channel selection, cadence templates, and metrics. Your team can pitch, target, and reach out consistently without you in the room. (This is the Outreach Playbook.)
Run & hand off
12 weeks embedded with your team. We stand up the system, run it live, and progressively transition ownership to your team by week 12. You leave with the machine running and your team operating it. (This is the Build.)
Pricing
Three tiers. Stop at the one that gets you where you need to go.
Each tier is a complete step you own.
Solo founder, message won't land
Start with the Founder Jam: one decision, one sentence, in two hours.
Founding team, not aligned on the pitch
Start with the Team Jam: two 90-min sessions get the team to one message.
Decision is made, need the system
Start with the Outreach Playbook: the running outreach your team can operate.
Ready to build it and prove it out
Start with the Build: 12 weeks embedded, your team owning it by the end.

Walk out with a clear customer profile, a defined product offering, and the one-sentence pitch that connects with them.
- The core untangle: what you actually sell vs. how people find it vs. how you make money
- One positioning decision made in the room, expressed as one sentence you can say out loud
- Your customer list cut to the one buyer that's urgent, with the reason why
- Your wedge decided: offer × customer × channel, plus the one move to run for 90 days
- A leave-behind recap and Sentence one-pager, both yours to act on Monday
- Credits 100% toward the Outreach Playbook within 30 days
Outreach Playbook
from$7,500
~3–4 weeks · Jam fee credits 100%
The outreach system your team can run without you in the room.
- Messaging set: sentence, audience variants, objection reframes, hooks
- One formalized ICP with jobs-to-be-done, triggers, watering holes, disqualifiers
- Channel selection (1–2 owned channels) with cadence templates and personalization variables
- Content anchors: the two or three pieces your outreach hooks into
- A metrics spec so you know what's working and what to change
- Team enablement in a working handoff session so your team owns the system
GTM Build
Custom scope
12 weeks · scoped to your team, timeline & goals
The outreach system running live. Your team owning it by week 12.
- The Playbook rebuilt fresh as part of the engagement (no re-buy needed)
- Two wedges built and one running live during the engagement
- Channel infrastructure stood up (email platform, content engine, lead capture, measurement)
- Weekly 60–90 min working session for 12 weeks, plus async review and adjustment
- Progressive team ownership: Fronz-led weeks 1–4, co-run weeks 5–8, team-run weeks 9–12
- Exit review with an on-call path for post-engagement support
Who it's for
This is for you if…
- You're a seed–Series B founder or lean team selling multiple things and need to focus
- Pre- or post-PMF, but the message isn't landing
- You want to run the system yourself, not rent it forever
This isn't for you if…
- You want done-for-you marketing forever
- You're not willing to commit to a single focus
Where it fits
One arc: clarify, get found, get command.
Each line stands alone, and each makes the next one work harder. Start where you're stuck; grow into the rest.
Questions
Good questions.
No retainer, no bloat. We decide it together, your team runs it, and you own every artifact. I'm on call, not on the meter.
Start at $1,500 with the Founder Jam. It pays for itself in clarity, and the full Jam fee credits toward the Outreach Playbook within 30 days.
Founder pricing is for a solo founder in a 1:1 session. Team pricing brings up to five collaborators into the room, with the format calibrated for group decisions. Team Jams run as two 90-minute sessions so the team can sit with the fork between them before deciding. Beyond the Jam, engagements are scoped to your team and goals.
The Jam is where the decision gets made: what you sell vs. how people find it, your position, the one urgent customer, the wedge to run. The Playbook turns that decision into the running outreach system your team can operate: messaging, ICP, channel selection, cadence, metrics, and a working handoff.
The Playbook documents the system and hands it to your team. The Build runs the system with you for 12 weeks. In the Build, your team learns by doing while I sit alongside, reviewing metrics weekly, adjusting the cadence, and progressively transitioning ownership until you're operating it without me.
Full Jam price credits toward the Outreach Playbook in the same tier, if booked within 30 days. Founder Jam → Founder Playbook. Team Jam → Team Playbook. If you skip the Playbook and go straight to the Build, the Jam credit still applies to the Build price.
One next step
Selling five things to everyone and nothing's landing?
In two hours we separate what you sell from how people find it, decide your position, and pick the one wedge to run for 90 days. Decisions, not a deck. That's the Jam.
